Book out the Bon Vivant Studio for your next event. Private Events are for groups of 16 or less, and provide dedicated instruction from one of our amazing workshop hosts in a creative, open and fun environment.

We offer a few of our most popular cake and happy hour workshop themes for our Private Events, selected by our team because they are great for participants of all skill levels, leave space and time for socializing, and are most importantly very fun.

Please note that we usually need 4 weeks notice to book a Private Event, so contact us early in order to secure your date!

Private Event FAQs

    • Private access to the Bon Vivant studio for 12-16 people (ages 15+).

    • Our signature Bon Vivant Snack Spread and Welcome Drink (cocktail or mocktail).

    • All the decorating materials and supplies for each guest.

    • 2 hours of a dedicated instruction in our creative, open and fun environment.

  • The headcount minimum for all private events is 12 people (ages 15+), with a maximum of 16 people. Our private event pricing is based on a buyout of our space, and is not adjusted based on total headcount for groups with fewer than 12 people.

  • Pricing varies depending on the event type and season/time of year. All of our private parties start at a base fee of $2,000. Event prices and availability may vary, so please reach out with your event details for an accurate pricing quote!

  • Based on our weekly in-studio workshop schedule, we are available to host Private Events on Thursdays and Fridays, in the morning, afternoon, and evening. We kindly ask for at least 3 weeks of advanced notice for any private parties. Please fill out the form below to inquire about more specific availability!

  • We offer a few of our most popular cake and happy hour workshop themes to choose from, all designed for groups of varying skill levels and work best for socializing while learning.

    Theme customizations are subject to discretion and additional fees will apply.
