About the workshop
Instructor: Amanda! This class is being taught by cookie & cake extraordinaire Amanda. She is our resident royal icing expert, cake baker, and failed wiener dog trainer. We know you’ll love her as much as we do!
Experience Level: Beginner 1 (Learn about experience levels)
You will start with the basics of how to hold your piping bag and learn piping techniques to achieve different designs. We will break down the decorating process and learn how to go step-by-step and how to layer frosting to create a beautiful finished design.

Wet-on-wet technique
Use royal icing to pipe borders and flood
Layer royal icing to create texture and dimension
To work with edible paint
