2-Day Teen Baking Camp - Wednesday, July 24 + Thursday, July 25

In this 2-day dough-focused baking intensive, kids ages 10-14 will gain hands on experience working with 3 distinctly different types of dough. Though some elements will be made in small groups, this class focuses heavily on individual hands on learning that any baking obsessed kid is sure to love. Recipe and note packets are included so they can be sure not to miss a single detail, and each day students will take home something that they made.

Throughout camp we'll make French Eclairs and Cream Puffs, Rolled Sugar Cookies and Royal Icing, and Focaccia.

Day One Programming (11:00am - 3:00pm)
- Ganache for filling and drizzling
- Making Choux pastry
- How Yeast Works
- The Creaming Method
- Sugar Cookie Dough
- Royal Icing
- Stabilized Whipped Cream
- Flavoring, filling, and decorating eclairs and cream puffs

Day Two Programming (11:00am - 3:00pm)
- Shaping yeasted doughs
- Rolling, cutting, and baking sugar cookies
- Coloring royal icing
- Fundamental decorating techniques for sugar cookies
- Focaccia art and baking

BEFORE ENROLLING, PLEASE NOTE: 
All camp programs and pricing are inclusive of two days of scheduling, and you cannot sign up for only one day of camp. Aprons, snacks and beverages will be provided each day. Students must wear closed-toe shoes.

Allergens: This class includes wheat, dairy, and eggs. We will not use nuts during camp, but please be advised that there are tree nuts present in our kitchen. We cannot accommodate for any dietary restrictions for our camps.

We use imitation almond extract in many of our recipes, including cakes, buttercream, cookies, and royal icing. It contains zero actual almond and is completely safe for people with nut allergies to consume.

Please note that all tickets are final sale and cannot be transferred to another date. If something comes up and you're unable to attend, you're welcome to gift the ticket to a friend.

For Teen Camps, you are not able to register for only one of the two days.
